Account access without another password to remember

Clients can request a time-limited magic link using the email address or phone number connected to their account. A six-digit PIN login is also available.

Branded sign-in

The login experience can show your office logo, business name, welcome text, and brand color, with English and Spanish controls on the page.

Separate voice verification

Clients can set, change, or disable a six-digit Sofia voice PIN from the portal security area. That PIN verifies the client during supported phone interactions.

Connected to the rest of the client journey

The client portal is the client-facing side of the records and actions your team manages elsewhere in Conecta.
