Customer records and workflows in ChatGPT
Connect your existing Conecta account so ChatGPT can use supported Conecta tools within the access your account already permits.
How access works
You sign in to Conecta through OAuth. The connection uses your active Conecta user, organization, membership, role, and enabled permissions. It does not create a separate Conecta account for an AI agent.
Supported work
- Find contacts and customer records, conversations you are permitted to view, businesses and opportunities, tasks, appointments, workflows, and forms.
- Review document-request and signature status, and invoice and payment status.
- Create or update supported Conecta records when your account permissions allow. Conecta confirmation rules still apply to actions that require approval.
- Review campaign content and counts, and prepare email or SMS campaign drafts. This connection cannot send, queue, or schedule campaigns.
Data and controls
ChatGPT sends Conecta tool requests in response to your prompts and receives the results. OpenAI also processes information sent through ChatGPT and results returned to it. OpenAI’s use of connected-app information depends on your ChatGPT plan and settings. For Free, Plus, Go, and Pro accounts, information accessed from apps may be used to train models when “Improve the model for everyone” is on; for Business, Enterprise, and Edu, connected-app information is not used for training by default.
You can disconnect Conecta in ChatGPT under Settings > Plugins. Disconnecting stops future tool access but does not automatically delete content already held in ChatGPT or records in your Conecta account. Contact privacy@holaconecta.com to request revocation or deletion under the Conecta Privacy Policy.
