Conecta handles all platform support. You don't take support tickets from your offices for product issues.
Their subscription ends, they're removed from your dashboard, and that office's share is no longer in your payout. No action required on your end.
Yes. You can offer different plans to different segments of your network. We'll configure accordingly.
Standard card processing is ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. ACH transfers are lower (~0.8%, capped at $5). We deduct these before calculating your payout and show full detail in your monthly report.
The $2,000 setup fee is one-time. Monthly payouts continue as long as your network has active offices. No lock-in after setup.
Each office accepts Conecta's terms of service when they sign up. You sign a separate co-brand agreement with Conecta that governs your revenue share and branding arrangement.
